ScaleX Solutions is committed to delivering exceptional value through our consulting services. We stand behind the quality of our work and have a 97% client satisfaction rate. We encourage all clients to raise concerns promptly so we can address them.
For ongoing retainer consulting engagements, the following refund terms apply: Cancellation with 30+ days notice — full refund of unused retainer; Cancellation with 15-29 days notice — 50% refund of unused retainer; Cancellation with less than 15 days notice — no refund of that month's retainer.
For fixed-scope project engagements: If ScaleX Solutions fails to deliver agreed deliverables within the agreed timeline due to our fault, a pro-rated refund will be provided. Refunds are not available for completed project phases or deliverables already accepted by the client.
Free strategy sessions involve no payment, so no refund applies. For paid workshops or group sessions, a full refund is available if cancelled 7+ days before the session. No refund for cancellations within 7 days, but the fee may be applied to a future session.
The following are non-refundable: Services already rendered and accepted, third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (registration fees, filing fees, etc.), and any service where work has commenced and the client has been briefed.
To request a refund, email contact@scalexsolutions.com with your name, engagement details, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we encourage you to first discuss the issue directly with your assigned consultant. Most concerns can be resolved amicably. If not, formal dispute resolution follows the process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
